Safety SSI Absolute Value Encoder
- Provides values from 2 SSI absolute value encoders (up to 32 bits), Safety and standard CPU
- Safe monitoring of the speed, position and absolute value violation
- SIL 3/PL e, Cat. 4
The 2-channel Safety function is implemented by processing the position values in the Safety core (2 micro controllers with cross communication). To use the SSI 021 in an application, a Safety CPU module is required.
For the S-DIAS system, EPLAN Macros are available for simple integration into the control cabinet.
