With the DIAS Drives from SIGMATEK, the right servo system is available for any motion application:
 

• the highly compact, modular multi-axis system DIAS Drive 2000 for 1 to 3 servo axes per module
• the modularly constructed DIAS Drive 100 series for 1-8 axes
• the compact multi-axis drive system DIAS Drive 300 for up to 3 axes (discontinued)

With the AC drives of the FDD 3000 series you can optimize your production process. Economical asynchronous motors can be precisely controlled with the low voltage AC drives. Thus, your motion application becomes more efficient and you save energy at the same time. The compact devices are available in 7 sizes. The 1- or 3-phase AC drives cover a power range from 0.37 to 90 kW. With an overload capacity of up to 180 %, the FDD 3000s are ideally suited for applications with short-term high torque requirements.

Compact solutions are available for controlling stepper and servo motors. Full servo functionality in S-DIAS DIN rail format provides the motor output stage of the DC series for controlling synchronous servo motors (BLDC). With the axis modules from the SR series, DC brush motors can be precisely controlled. The ST modules in S-DIAS format are compact power components for controlling 2-phase stepper motors (micro-stepping).

The use of synchronous servo motors increases the energy efficiency of your application. Through the low inertial torque, our brushless AC motors of the DSM5, AKM, AKM low voltage and SM low voltage series are highly dynamic and have very low cogging. That makes them the right choice for demanding motion applications.

With the compact, low-backlash planetary gears from the PEII series, you have a cost-efficient solution for applications in which no particularly low backlash is required.

The right cable for the respective task. As a systems provider, we also offer preassembled VARAN, motor and encoder cables that ensure secure data transmission.
