The SIGMATEK I/O Systems open all possibilities – whether in the control cabinet or directly in the field. DIAS stands for "Distributed Automation System". All series, S-DIAS and X-DIAS have a very high package density, are simple to use and can be flexibly combined.

S-DIAS

S-DIAS combines the highest package density with high performance, mechanical stability and comfortable handling. Up to 20 channels are packed into one I/O module. The right DIN rail module is available for any automation task. CPU, motion and Safety modules (TÜV certified) are also obtainable in S-DIAS format.

P-DIAS

The P-DIAS modules expand the family of systems in the IP67-protected area and are optimized for use in harsh environmental conditions. Analog and digital data can be collected or distributed directly in the field.

X-DIAS

The X-DIAS I/O system expands the established S-DIAS automation system in the customer-specific printed circuit board (PCB) design. As a series machine builder with medium and high volumes, you can flexibly integrate X-DIAS into your individual circuit boards, saving wiring time and costs.

The new modular I/O series is based on the proven S-DIAS system, so it is just as robust and vibration-resistant. At 12.5 x 102 x 63 mm, the X-DIAS modules are even more compact in terms of depth.

The right module is available for any task and function, so that you can perfectly tune the I/O system to your machine concept. In the S-DIAS format, high-performance CPU modules, Safety controllers and numerous Safety modules are available.

Safe high-speed data transmission

The I/O series communicate with one another without limitations and performance loss. A decentralized configuration with multiple module groups is therefore possible. The real-time Ethernet bus system VARAN provides extremely fast, safety data transmission and flexible topologies.

Openness

Our systems support open communication with third-party components. A wide range of interface modules is available to ensure seamless integration. This makes it easy to connect individual machines into complex production lines.
