We are now looking for an

to be based in the UK, primarily to write application software and provide technical support for the advanced SIGMATEK solutions, mainly for the industrial machinery markets.

You will have the full support of the local branch and parent company and full training will be provided on the system initially and on an ongoing basis. Whilst the position is based in our Nottingham office, travel is required throughout the UK and occasionally in Europe.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Sound technical background
• Good programming knowledge
• Experience in automation of machines and plants desired
• Customer-oriented and professional manner
• Good communication skills
• Motivation and commitment to become an established team member
• Experience in industrial automation, a formal engineering qualification or knowledge of the UK OEM market would be an advantage
